Funding
The 211 service is financially supported by the following three major funders:
City of Edmonton, FCSS - Family and community Support Services (FCSS) is a joint municipal/provincial partnership that funds preventive social service programs that enhance the well-being of individuals, families and communities.
Region 6 Alberta Child and Youth Services - Under the direction of the Minister, Alberta Child and Youth Services offers a range of programs and services that support families, helping them to provide nurturing, safe environments for their children.
United Way of Alberta Capital Region - Working together, they build an organized safety net of core community services for people in immediate need; they get to the root cause of community issues in order to build solutions for the long term; and they build momentum towards fundamental change for our society through education and advocacy.
