Callers who are using PBX (Private Branch Exchange) telephone systems (often found in large organizations) may experience difficulty connecting to the service.
PBX telephone systems will not enable callers to access numbers that they do not recognize as valid, and must be re-programmed to accept 211 as a valid number. Please contact your company’s telephone programmer to have 211 programmed into the PBX telephone system.
